R&M Development offers 3% commission to the Buyer’s Agent or an agent with a valid and active Florida Real Estate license that registers a Buyer with R&M prior to the Buyer signing a contract with R&M.

OR
___The total price of the home and land package if we are the owners of the land/lot and are selling the land/lot to the Buyer.

The commission is paid in full to the Broker at the time of closing.
